Our mission is to assist organizations of any size, and anywhere in the world, in their lean transformation. Transformation implies substantial enterprise-wide changes in thinking, behavior, and work systems, so this is a step not lightly undertaken, and when undertaken, not easily accomplished, especially when it comes to culture change.
